We love meats & seafood at Ember. As a result, nothing tastes better than the products available to us being cooked on the fire. We have a delicious selection of food and drinks including a large range of gluten-free options and vegetarian choices. 

At Ember we cook on a Josper Charcoal Grill which originated in Spain around 85 years ago. It runs at a very high temperature causing the fats of the meats to render onto the charcoal which adds an amazing flavour you can taste in everything that comes from it.

Ember’s menu is great to share with the whole table or order your own individual dishes and share a selection of sides. The choice is yours!

But, what to order?

Firstly, start with our Wagyu bresaola or garlic seared prawns. Then follow with a selection of Josper cooked meat & seafood paired with  delicious sides, sauces & condiments of your choice. Some local favourites are the famous snapper and king prawn pie with chive & tarragon sauce, the beef cheek w mash, pancetta-wrapped beans & honey carrots or our BBQ Pork Ribs. Simply Delicious!

Our house speciality dish at Ember Byron Bay is our Signature dry-aged rib-eye which is cooked until juicy & tender. Its distinct nutty flavour is an absolute must. 

Ember Byron Bay also has a full cocktail bar with an extensive selection of spirits, tap and bottled beer, large wine selection and amazing cocktails.
