Robbins Island

Raised on pristine pastures for 18+ months before 450 days of grain finishing, these cattle are fed a custom ration including grass fodder and kept seaweed from nearby King Island. This process enhances marbling and reflects local terroir.  

Tender Fillet Steak 240g 8+ MBS / pasture/grain fed Robbin Island wagyu served with Dianne sauce - $128

A high quality marbling throughout, expect this steak to be sweet, delicate, rich & buttery.

Shimo Wagyu

Shimo Wagyu use Karoge Washu bred Wagyu & Tajima bloodlines sourced from the King & Kiewa Valleys of Victoria, The Northern Tablelands & Riverina, NSW. The result, year-round, rich, flavourful Wagyu with a touch of natural sweetness & superior texture.

New York Sirloin 440g / 9+ MBS 560 day grain fed served with gorgonzola sauce - $178

A luxurious, melt-in-your-mouth cut. Extraordinary level of marbling delivering intense flavour with each bite.
